Our design specialties are: special needs housing, green building, private housing and the revitalisation and redevelopment of historical buildings.

STUDIO SITEC has expertise in every stage of the building process from concept design and design development to applying for government planning permission and organising tenders to undertaking the role of lead coordinating architect including onsite management.

We use a green and circular approach in our designs aiming to maximize circularity and reduce CO² and the use of fossil fuels. Across our various projects in progress,  sustainability, biodiversity (landscape in the cityscape) and the use of non-fossil energy sources (solar energy, wind energy, warming/cooling with heat pump systems) are priorities.
